Heating elements are manufactured to drawing by a specialist element factory founded in 2010 and certified to UL / CE / CQC / ISO 9001. Wattage, length, diameter, sheath and termination are all made to your specification — there is no fixed catalogue size.

Every batch is inspected before loading — fabric weight, colour fastness, stitching and packing are all checked, and we send photo or video updates during production.

SS304, SS316 and SS321 as standard, with titanium and PTFE-coated options for corrosive media. Voltages: 110 V, 220 V and 380 V, single or three phase.
